  • Designed and built Forge end-to-end — a provider-agnostic LLM batch and realtime orchestration system (OpenAI/Anthropic) that powers AI jobs across the platform.
  • Architected AI pipelines for classification, vessel/cargo/port entity extraction, workflow automation, and structured prompt-action execution.
  • Designed a modular architecture separating domain logic, orchestration, provider concerns, and UI surfaces.
  • Introduced observability, structured logging, and performance monitoring for AI-assisted workflows.
  • Collaborated with product, operations, and leadership on the AI roadmap.
