Leading the architectural redesign of Omni, LgMAR's next-generation maritime CRM and communication platform, transitioning from legacy systems to a modular, scalable, and AI-augmented architecture.

  • Designed a technology-agnostic system architecture separating domain logic, orchestration layers, and UI surfaces to enable long-term adaptability and multi-platform delivery.
  • Architected and implemented AI integration pipelines including classification, entity extraction (vessels, cargo, ports), workflow automation, and action-driven prompt systems.
  • Defined a Prompt-Action architecture enabling structured AI outputs, tool execution, and domain-aware automation inside operational workflows.
  • Contributed to iTelix+ (React Native) mobile applications for Android and iOS, ensuring architectural consistency between web and mobile surfaces.
  • Introduced observability, structured logging, and performance monitoring patterns to improve reliability and system transparency.
  • Collaborated cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership to align system architecture with long-term business strategy and AI roadmap.
